- AMPD Strength™
This program is designed to combine a weighted bar and barbell movements with great music to create a fun, high-intensity full body workout that anyone can do! The goal for the AMPD Strength program was to take the amazing power of barbell and weighted bar training and set it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experience for our class participants. Join Savannah for a themed a read aloud, yoga and activity. The recommended ages are 4-8, but every child progresses at different paces, so feel free to sign up your child even if they aren't in the recommended age range. class is $20, but I am offering a class pass for the 5 Saturday classes for $90.
