Meet 1:1 with a licensed wellness coach to talk about your goals, current habits, limitations, and lifestyle. Together, you’ll map out a realistic plan for your journey and beyond.
💪 3 Guided Workout Sessions
Experience three supportive, coach-led sessions tailored for women 45+. You’ll learn how to move safely, build strength, and boost your energy—without feeling lost or left behind.
🥗 Clean Foods List & Simple Nutrition Guidance
You’ll receive a straightforward clean foods list and tips that make eating well feel doable—not restrictive. No complicated meal plans, just clear guidance you can actually use.
🤝 Ongoing Coach Support & Motivation
You’re not doing this alone. Your coach will check in, answer questions, and help you stay encouraged, motivated, and on track.
