2. Step 2: Come In for Your Assessment
We’ll talk about your goals, past injuries, fitness level, and nutrition habits, and map out your 10-day plan.
3. Step 3: Attend Your 3 Guided Workouts
You’ll be supported, encouraged, and coached the entire time. We move at your pace with plenty of modifications.
4. Step 4: Follow Your Clean Foods & Coaching Tips
Use your clean foods list and simple action steps to start feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized.
5. Step 5: Celebrate Your Progress & Decide What’s Next
At the end of your 10 days, we’ll review your wins and talk about the best next step for you—no pressure, just options.

A: Yes. The Confidence Kick Start was designed for women who are starting (or re-starting) their fitness journey. We offer plenty of low-impact options, modifications, and breaks. You move at your pace.
Q: What if I have joint pain or past injuries?
A: We’ll discuss your history during your assessment and modify exercises to support your body. Your safety and comfort are a top priority.
Q: Do I have to follow a strict diet?
A: No strict diets here. You’ll get a clean foods list and simple guidelines you can ease into. The goal is progress, not perfection.
Q: What should I bring to my sessions?
A: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, sneakers, and an open mind. We’ll handle the rest.
Q: What happens after my 10 days?
A: At the end of the program, we’ll talk about your goals and share membership or program options if you’d like to continue. No pressure—just support.
