Semi-Private Personal Training

 

Semi-private training sessions offer the perfect blend of personalized coaching and small-group motivation. You’ll work alongside 1–3 other clients, allowing your trainer to give you individualized attention while keeping the energy and accountability of a team atmosphere.

What to Expect:

Each 45 minute session is tailored to your fitness level and goals—whether that’s weight loss, strength building, improved mobility, or boosting endurance.

 

You’ll benefit from:

  • Customized exercises designed for your body and ability

  • Step-by-step instruction to ensure proper form and prevent injury

  • Encouragement from both your trainer and training partners

  • A supportive, fun environment that keeps you consistent
