I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed group fitness instructor, Nutrition Mentor and a small business owner with more than 30 years of experience. I have helped hundreds of women in our community overcome gut issues, achieve a healthy weight and age gracefully with my fitness sessions, nutrition tips and welcoming community.

I know what it is like to lose yourself while raising a family. I understand the time restrictions and demands upon your body, your energy and your mindset. I have experienced many of the same feelings of low energy, weight gain, belly bloat and depression. I also have seen my clients overcome these struggles with our weekly workout sessions, simple eating habits and coaching support.

I’m a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach —and I’m here to help other women reclaim their health, confidence and energy.
At 45 and 300 lbs, I felt completely defeated. After countless failed attempts, I had given up on ever changing. But I decided to try one more time—moving more, eating clean, and working with a mentor. I lost 150 lbs and gained my life back.

I know the feeling of not being comfortable in your body, the pain of not being able to play with your child because it hurts too much, the remarks from well meaning family and friends to lose weight.

Making the time for myself, being supported and not judged, i found myself and a love for fitness! Get Movin' was and still is my place of inspiration, support & motivation. I contribute my success to the amazing community of women, who accept and support you without judgement. The fun classes that met me where i was at and being held accountable to reaching my goals!

As someone who has always wanted to help others, I knew this is where i belonged and that there are many women who feel just like i did. It is my passion to give women hope, that they can move, they can get fit and they can feel confident.

I am a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer whose journey into fitness began as a path to healing.

After experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, I turned to movement as an outlet—and it transformed my life mentally, physically and emotionally. I have always been a dancer with many dance competitions behind me, movement reignited my soul and the energy that i
thought was lost! ​
My mission is to help women of all ages rediscover their strength, confidence, and self-worth through fitness— it’s more than just a workout; it’s therapy, empowerment and growth.
