Group Fitness

Choose from 15+ group fitness classes each week
Workouts are lead by licensed group fitness instructors
We offer AM,  PM and weekend workout sessions, join us on site at our spacious and clean fitness studio or Live stream for online workouts!


Group fitness classes are 60 minutes with 6-12 participants
Formats include cardio, strength training, stretching & more

All levels of fitness are welcome
Zumba Fitness Zumba gold

ZUMBA® / ZUMBA® Gold: Blast calories and have fun with our cardio dance fitness party to upbeat, latin-based music from around the world. GOLD is a slower version perfect for someone new.
 
AMPD Strength™: Combines weighted bar movements with great music to create a fun, high intensity full body workout that anyone can do!
 
AMPD Power Flow™: Yoga-inspired movements to blend strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility into one full body workout to create an amazing, low-impact strength training workout for all levels and abilities
 
AMPD Build™: Build muscle and improve cardiovascular endurance while you sweat and burn calories! This workout targets your entire body and is great for all fitness levels using dumbbells' and your own body weight
 

Kettlebell AMPD™: Strength training for the challenges we face everyday. A total body workout that combines kettlebell exercises with upbeat music that drives you.
 
Pilates Aerial Fitness: A dynamic fusion of Yoga and Pilates using hammock silks to elevate your strength, balance, and flexibility. With the silks as your support, you'll flow through traditional movements while unlocking new levels of fitness, core control, and mobility.
 
Pilates: A low-impact, full-body Pilates class using the wall track and resistance bands to build strength, improve posture, and support joint health. Expect controlled movements, core focus, and functional strength that helps you move—and feel—better in everyday life.
 
Sunrise Strength: Start your day with a full-body workout designed to strengthen, tone, and boost energy all day long! Use free weights and resistance bands/ loops to sculpt your body, finish with a feel-good stretch to leave you ready to take on the rest of your day.
