This program is designed to combine a weighted bar and barbell movements with great music to create a fun, high-intensity full body workout that anyone can do! The goal for the AMPD Strength program was to take the amazing power of barbell and weighted bar training and set it to heart-pumping music to create a fun, energetic one-of-a-kind experience for our class participants. We use the rhythm, speed and phrasing of the music to keep all class participants on the same pace. Pre-Registration Required Space is limited Participate live on site or virtually online

Move and groove at your own pace with this low impact, slower version of Zumba® basic, perfect for someone new to class or who needs modifications. Learn the basic steps and enjoy upbeat, latin-based music from around the world. We will add Zumba shaker weights for additional toning.

Join our fitness bash for a calorie burning , heart pumping 90 minute workout with a variety of formats including dance fitness, strength training, kickboxing and flow for a total body workout! It's more than a workout, it's a fitness party with a theme, great music and community! Show your spirit and get ready to empower yourself with this workout!
