“I help women move more and ache less with fitness”


I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed group fitness instructor. Nutrition Mentor and a small business owner with more than 30 years of experience. I have helped hundreds of women in our community overcome gut issues, achieve a healthy weight and age gracefully with my fitness sessions, nutrition tips and welcoming community.
I know what it is like to lose yourself while raising a family. I understand the time restrictions and demands upon your body, your energy and your mindset. I have experienced many of the same feelings of low energy, weight gain, belly bloat and depression. I also have seen my clients overcome these struggles with our weekly workout sessions, simple eating habits and coaching support.
Exercise has given me a positive outlet and has helped me to overcome depression and substance abuse.
I help women to take care of themselves to prevent depression, isolation, obesity and other diseases.
