Service Description
A semi-private training session offers the perfect blend of personalized coaching and small-group motivation. You’ll work alongside 1–3 other clients, allowing your trainer to give you individualized attention while keeping the energy and accountability of a team atmosphere. Each session is tailored to your fitness level and goals—whether that’s weight loss, strength building, improved mobility, or boosting endurance. You’ll benefit from: Customized exercises designed for your body and ability Step-by-step instruction to ensure proper form and prevent injury Encouragement from both your trainer and training partners A supportive, fun environment that keeps you consistent Semi-private training gives you the results of personal training with the affordability and camaraderie of a group setting—the best of both worlds

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a scheduled class, session or appointment, please go online and remove yourself from the booking, at least 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. Any reservation canceled 2 or more hours prior will be considered an early cancellation and your session credit from the early canceled reservation will be returned to your account. We require a 2 hour cancellation notice for all reservations. There is limited space, if you know you will be unable to attend, please cancel right away. No shows and late cancellations will forfeit their class credit. If you have an unlimited membership we will charge your account $15 for a late cancel / no-show.
