Service Description
A low-impact, full-body Pilates class using the wall track and resistance bands to build strength, improve posture, and support joint health. Expect controlled movements, core focus, and functional strength that helps you move—and feel—better in everyday life. Suitable for all levels with plenty of modifications.

Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend a scheduled class, session or appointment, please go online and remove yourself from the booking, at least 2 hours prior to avoid being charged. Any reservation canceled 2 or more hours prior will be considered an early cancellation and your session credit from the early canceled reservation will be returned to your account. We require a 2 hour cancellation notice for all reservations. There is limited space, if you know you will be unable to attend, please cancel right away. No shows and late cancellations will forfeit their class credit. If you have an unlimited membership we will charge your account $15 for a late cancel / no-show.
