Summer time is the perfect time to take a fitness vacation 

Join my Get Fit-Cation Challenge 

Lead by your certified Nutrition Mentor, April Marion-McClure to stay committed to your health and fitness throughout the summer!!

let me help you

✅ stay motivated throughout the summer with recipes

Prep Week Begins Monday July 10th

Challenge begins Monday May 15th- Sunday June 11th

🎉participate online and / or in person at my fitness studio!

I will provide you with 

🏋️‍♀️--workouts that are fun and make you look forward to exercise

🥗--a grocery list and meal plan with recipes that are perfect for summer.

✔--a weekly check in with me for additional questions 

The idea behind our challenge is to help you to build momentum with the combination of Fitness, Nutrition and Accountability!  The information you will learn and the action steps you will take during our challenge can help you to activate your confidence, accelerate weight loss, sleep better and improve your overall mood.  

Cost is $60 or FREE with one of my nutrition subscriptions
