Personal Training Sessions:

Group Fitness Classes:
Workout with our amazing community of like-minded women and licensed fitness instructors. Choose from more than 15 group fitness classes each week that are perfect for all levels of fitness. We offer a variety of formats like ZUMBA® Fitness, AMPD™ Strength, Kickboxing, Kettlebell, Yoga Power Flow, Pound® Rockout workout and more!
Classes are held in the studio as well as live streamed for in person and online participation.
30 day Clean Eating Nutrition Program:
Includes our Clean Foods List, a Tailored Meal Plan, Healthy and delicious recipes. Meet weekly with your nutrition mentor for a wellness check in to support your goals and to keep you accountable.
