We are breaking out the beachballs for this fun filled beachy 90 minute full body workout that will have you dancing in the islands and stretching & toning your beautiful bodies as you take time for yourself to feel energized and refreshed. Easy to follow and suitable for all fitness levels.
Beach Vibes only! Wear your best tropical beach attire, Hawaiian shirts and hula skirts are in fashion!
