Every year about this time I pull the ropes on over indulging and make it a point to focus on my healthy life balance!!
When summer comes to an end and the fall rolls in, it is time to get back on track!!
Join my Get Back to You fitness and nutrition Challenge, Lead by your certified Nutrition Mentor, April Marion-McClure to get back to your healthy lifestyle.
Prep Week Begins Monday September 25th
Challenge begins Monday October 2nd - Sunday October 29th

You will get all the fundamental tools needed and more! And it will be FUN!!
The idea behind our challenge is to help you to build momentum with the combination of Fitness, Nutrition and Accountability! The information you will learn and the action steps you will take during our challenge can help you to activate your confidence, accelerate weight loss, sleep better and improve your overall mood.
Cost is $60 or FREE with one of my nutrition subscriptions
