Service Description

Cycling, also known as a spin class, is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that uses stationary bikes to target multiple muscle groups. Your instructor will take you through a variety of exercises, such as Sprinting, Climbing and Hill climbs with pedaling recovery periods all set to upbeat, high energy music that sets the pace, pushes and motivates you to keep going to the very end!
